Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use QueryBird.

Your Content

You retain ownership of everything you create and upload to QueryBird, including manuscripts and notes. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.

Subscriptions and Billing

• QueryBird Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, billed in advance via Stripe.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered; after it ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• We may change pricing for future billing periods and will notify you in advance.

Acceptable Use

• Use QueryBird only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access or disrupt others' data or our systems.
• Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our permission.

Service Availability

We strive to keep QueryBird reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

QueryBird is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data. You are encouraged to keep your own backups of your writing.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QueryBird after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
